Brad is a local Cantabrian who brings 25+ years of residential experience to the table. His building knowledge and network help to make any project run as smoothly as possible.

Outside of work Brad is a dedicated father, spending time with his kids in all of their ventures. He also enjoys being out in the forest on his mountain bike or on the boat fishing.

James Northey

Director + Project Manager + LBP Qualified Carpenter

James is a North Shore local who has 15 years of residential renovation experience in NZ and London. Passionate about construction and sharp on detail, James’s focus is to keep every build on track and to the highest standard.

Away from the building site you will find James on his mountain bike, running or relaxing with family and friends.

Glenn Yates

Site Manager + LBP Qualified Carpenter

Glenn is a highly skilled and qualified carpenter with 30 years of experience under his belt. Known for his exceptional attention to detail and worksite efficiencies, he brings dedication and expertise to every project.

Outside of work, Glenn is a talented musician, an avid duck hunter, fisherman and a mountain biking enthusiast – excelling in all his passions.

JP Robertson

Site Manager + LBP Qualified Carpenter

JP brings a wealth of experience to the construction industry, with expertise in carpentry, project management, design & landscaping. He’s spent time working on luxurious homes in Melbourne, where he developed exceptional skills and attention to detail.

In his spare time, you’ll find JP perfecting his golf swing or enjoying the beach – fishing, surfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Chris Shaw

Site Manager + LBP Qualified Carpenter

With 20+ years of building experience, Chris brings expert craftsmanship, leadership, and project know-how to every job. A Licensed Building Practitioner and qualified carpenter, he also ran his own business for 8 years, honing skills in management and client care.

Outside work, Chris enjoys family time, kayaking, fishing, sailing and never misses a good rugby match.

Lewis Brown

Leading Carpenter + Qualified Carpenter

Lew brings 20 years of experience to the table, with a knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box. His expertise and creativity make him a valuable asset on any project.

When he’s not working, Lewis enjoys quality time with his family and tinkering with his Chevy.

Murilo Gonzales

Apprentice Carpenter

Murilo is our driven apprentice who started working in construction to fund his business degree. After earning his BCom, he pivoted to carpentry and is now thriving. With his great work ethic, ability to quickly learn and then carry out complex tasks he is a big asset on any building site.

Outside of work you will find Murilo playing basketball, at his kickboxing gym, running or hanging out with mates.

Steve Northey

Hammer Hand

Level-headed and hardworking, Steve is an expert at keeping busy sites organised and efficient while seamlessly working in with the carpenters through every stage of the project.

Beyond the building world, he loves family time, getting out on his bike, and sailing his yacht.
