We will support you during the design stages and help answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Once construction begins, we’ll schedule regular site meetings to keep you fully informed. You are also welcome to visit the site at any time.
If you have any questions outside of these meetings, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. If we can’t respond immediately, we’ll always come back to you within 48 hours.

You will be able to see how your project is stacking up against our estimate. We use project management software, Buildaprice, which allows us to track budgeted items and tasks while keeping tabs on any additional scope or variations. We also provide an online portal so you, as our client, can login and track your project in real time.

If we find something substantial that does not fall within our original scope (such as damaged existing structures or rotten timber) we will notify you immediately and discuss costings to be approved before rectifying the issue.
We are completely transparent and itemise every invoiced line item, including labour, so you can see exactly what is being worked on and when.

We guarantee that your home will be constructed as per plan unless agreed upon by you, the owner and the appropriate consultants.

There will always be a qualified carpenter supervising your project to ensure all work carried out is built to plan and follows the NZ building code.
Daily onsite meetings will be held to keep the team aligned, maintain efficiency, and stay focused on upcoming goals

We will only use the approved specified materials designed to work with the construction systems on your house. This way each test proven system and their product will uphold its warranty. If there are any supply chain issues we will inform you and make sure that a suitable solution is found.
