Step by step process from initial contact to project completion.
Step 1
Contact Director Brad Noble to organise a consultation.
Step 2
Run through project ideas. Start talks regarding buildability – begin to pave a path forward for your unique project. We talk preliminary agreements for a fully refundable $500.00 deposit if the job goes ahead.
Step 3
JNB to create a rough concept brief to present to an architect / draftsman.
Step 4
JNB to arrange a meeting with one of our recommended architects / draftsman to go over your project and start working on the concept plan.
Step 5
Follow up meeting with concept drawings. James and Noble to give an indicative price.
Step 6
Once concepts and budget are met we give the go ahead for the architect / draftsman to start producing working drawings ready for council approval.
Step 7
We can start thinking about pre construction deposits and booking in construction slots.
Step 8
Once working drawings have been approved by council James and Noble can finalise costings and map out a construction schedule.
Step 9
We have a pre construction meeting where JNB will give access to Builaprice project tracking software. We discuss the frequency of updates you would like depending on how often you will be on site. We map out when “key decisions” need to be made in order to meet the varying lead times for each stage of the build.
Step 10
We encourage you to come to site whenever possible so that you have a good understanding of how we are progressing and what is coming up.
